We know that each product we deliver is a special message from you to someone you care about. We offer deliveries seven days a week to various locations, including hospitals, military bases, universities, schools, commercial entities, and residential addresses. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our chocolate strawberry bouquets, we do not offer shipping services. Our strawberry arrangements aren't just visually pretty; they are edible delights meant to be savored as soon as possible. To preserve the surprise, we encourage informing the person receive this know about an upcoming delivery without revealing the contents. This ensures they're present to enjoy the delightful treat, avoiding any inconvenience of leaving it with neighbors or outdoors. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but we don't offer returns due to health regulations and the nature of the product. Also we don't accept refunds for any items which are 24 hours due to the delivery date.
Once an order is processed, prepared, or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated. To avoid discrepancies, kindly review all order information before confirming.
Requests for changes or updates beyond one hour post-order placement are not guaranteed. Orders during peak holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) are considered final, making alterations challenging. We'll make an effort but changes will not be guaranteed
